Old Dominion University students will experience a plethora of changes to the university’s dining menus in 2012. ODU Monarch Dining Services/Aramark announced that the spring menus will feature more than 100 new entrees and side dishes.
Dishes will include Creole Fried Pollack, Seafood Newburg, Vegetable Enchilada with Red Sauce, and many other creative dishes including Jambalaya. The new spring menu will also appeal to Vegans and Vegetarians.
“Based on our students’ feedback, we are excited to introduce new international flavors and creative twists on traditional student favorites, as well as vegan and vegetarian options,” said Janet Mclaughlin, Resident District Manager for ODU Monarch Dining Services/Aramark.
