Summer May Be Heating up With New Music From Fetty Wap

It’s hot, but summer may be getting hotter with the release of new music by our favorite Remy Boy, Fetty Wap. It’s been a while since we last heard any major hits from Mr. Wap, but that could all change very soon.

Fans can look forward to hearing new music from the rapper with the release of his sophomore album “King Zoo.” The album’s release date is yet to be announced but is expected to reach audiences later this year.

Fetty Wap teased fans last May with the release of his first single on the album “Aye.” The song includes rapping as well as harmonizing, very similar to other Fetty Wap songs we’ve heard before. The single was accompanied by a music video directed by Michael Garcia and shows the hip-hop star in a post-apocalyptic world similar to the movie Mad Max, but with a hip-hop twist.

Fetty Wap first captivated listeners with his single “Trap Queen” back in 2015, which brought him to hip-hop stardom. The song went 9x-platinum according to the RIAA, and with other top charting songs like “679” and “My Way,” Fetty Wap earned himself two Grammy nominations and a 3x-platinum self-titled debut album.

With the success of his first album, many have high expectations for the New Jersey rapper. Hopefully, his newest song “Aye” will be circulating the radio soon and the album “King Zoo,” will give listeners more music to sing along and turn up to this summer.
